THREE RIVERS MODEL-T FORD CLUB
The Three Rivers Model-T Ford Club gathered for a Christmas party at Canyon Lakes Retirement Home on December 12, 2009 at 2 p.m., 20 people were present. The club provided ham cooked by Linda Porter; everyone else brought a potluck dish. The food was delicious. Afterwards we played the White Elephant gift game.
Marlene Coder brought a report that Dean Stokes had to return to the hospital in Yakima. Wanda called Marlene after the party was over to let everyone know that it was a false alarm and Dean was on his way home. PTL!!!
John Jackson died December 9, 2009. His funeral will be December 16 (Wednesday) at 11:00 a.m. at Muellers on Union Avenue off of 10th in Kennewick. The club voted to send a floral arrangement in memory of John.
Our January meeting will be Sunday January 17 2:00 p.m. at Tony Roma’s in Kennewick (next to Costco). The club will donate $5.00 toward dinner for each person who has paid their dues by January 1, 2010. Due may be remitted to Mike Porter, Club Treasurer, P.O. Box 7083, Kennewick, Washington 99336.
